Chlamydomonas Collections

Chlamydomonas Library Project (CLiP) – Collection of Chlamydomonas mutants generated by the Jonikas group in the Department of Plant Biology at the Carnegie Institution for Science and distributed by the Chamydomonas Resource Center.

ChlamyStation – The collection of photosynthesis mutants of the Institut de Biologie Physico-Chimique in Paris, includes about 500 strains generated in that laboratory, mostly single mutants but also double or triple mutants, all with rigorously verified phenotypes. The stocks are stored in liquid nitrogen and available free of charge to academic researchers.
