BAC hybridization for GP13 probe, linkage group XVI/XVII
This table contains molecular mapping data from the Silflow-Lefebvre laboratory at the University of Minnesota.
The contigs consist of BamHI/HindIII fragments. Initially these were unordered, but in some cases we have been able to order them based on the genomic sequence. The highlighted BAC fragment sizes are ordered based on
sequence of v2.0 scaffold 511.
