This is a rescue of the saga1;saga2 double mutant (cMJ379) with SAGA2-Venus. It was created by transformation of saga1;saga2 (cMJ379) with pLM154 (SAGA2-Venus) and the APHVII hygromycin resistance cassette. It is resistant to paromomycin and hygromycin.
