CLiP1 Screening Library

The improved CLiP1 Screening Library includes only mutants with a confidence level of 1 or 2 (95% and 73%), only in the CDS, and no more than 2 insertions per clone. The library comprises 22 plates, each with about 1,536 colonies, totaling approximately 59,682 mutants. The list of mutants will be provided, but their locations on the plates will not.
We will make these libraries to order, so please give us at least 30 days’ notice before you need them, and contact us in advance to coordinate with your schedule.
The price is $5,000 for academic and non-profit users and $10,000 for industrial and commercial users. If you are interested in more than one library, please contact us for reduced pricing on two or more.
