CLiP1 Screening Library

The improved CLiP1 Screening Library includes only mutants with a confidence level of 1 or 2 (95% and 73%), only in the CDS, and no more than 2 insertions per clone. The library comprises 21 plates, each with about 1,536 colonies, for a total of approximately 31,488 mutants. The list of mutants will be provided, but not their locations on the plates.

We will custom-build these libraries, so contact us early to coordinate with your schedule and provide at least 60 days’ notice before you need them.

If, after your screen, you identify interesting mutants you want to pursue further, you can send us the plate number and coordinates, and we will provide the mutant ID at the same cost as a CLiP mutant. In addition, we can send you the culture on a mini slant.

The price is $5,000 for academic and non-profit users and $10,000 for industrial and commercial users. If you are interested in more than one library, please contact us for reduced pricing on two or more.
