CC-4407 sup-pf-3::PF2-GFP mt- [5G]

$30.00

From Mary Porter, University of Minnesota, April 27, 2011

This rescued strain was created by transformation of sup-pf-3 mt- (CC-1399) with PF2-GFP and pSI103 with selection on paromomycin. Screened for rescue of motility and presence of GFP signal in the flagella. Strong PF2-GFP signal in flagella, weak expression of sup-pf-3 gene products (truncated PF2) by Western blot.
