Strain SP0106 A6 (pf14::pHYDA1-PF14 mt+) was generated by cotransformation of strain CC-613 (pf14 mt-) with pSI103 and pHYDA1-PF14. This strain contains one copy of the pHYDA1-PF14 plasmid. It is not motile in aerobic conditions.
