$30.00

From Pierre Bennoun, Institut de Biologie Physico-Chimique, July 1981

Phenotype: requires acetate

This mutant, which was recovered after treatment with 5-fluorodeoxyuridine, results from a 41 bp duplication in chloroplast DNA that disrupts the atpB gene.
