This strain was created by transformation of CC-5238 drc3-1 mt+ [D4] with DRC3-SNAP (gene encoding DRC3 tagged with SNAP on its C-terminus). It expresses DRC3 having a SNAP tag on its C-terminus. Phenotype of drc3 (D4) is rescued in this strain.
