The EPYC1 (Cre10.g436550) genomic region is synthesised in two halves and domesticated to remove BpiI/BsaI enzyme recognition sites. This sequence is the 1^st part of EPYC1 synthesised by Twist Bioscience and cloned into pTwistAmp High Copy backbone. This plasmid is used as a level (-1) to clone the EPYC1 gene and labelling tags into the pUAP1 backbone as a CDS part occupying the B3 – B4 position.
