CC-3475 10-P (300) RbcS2/aadA/RbcS2 mt-
$30.00
Heriberto Cerutti in Boynton-Gillham laboratory, Duke University, August 1997
This strain was derived by transformation of CC-124 wild type mt- with an RbcS2::aadA::RbcS2 construct (P-681) as described by Cerutti et al. (1997a). CC-3475 was characterized as having a stable spectinomycin resistance phenotype. It was fast growing, with an estimated number of 4 copies of the transforming aadA construct.
