Phenotype: requires acetate, yellow in dim light
The Fl-5 mutation was induced with 5-fluorouracil, and confers deficiency in the P700 component of Photosystem I. The pg27 mutant lacks chlorophyll b and the chlorophyll-binding protein CP II.
