From Mary Porter, University of Minnesota, April 27, 2011
pf14 was crossed to pf2-4::PF2-GFP and tetrad progeny were scored for the PF14 (RSP3) and PF2 gene products (DRC4) by Western blot. This strain has the pf2 allele, but also expresses the PF2-GFP construct. It is wild-type for PF14 (RSP3). Is has a strong PF2-GFP signal in flagella and the mating type is unknown.
