This is the amc5 strain complemented with the wild-type NUOB10-FLAG gene.

Mutagenesis of amc5 with cosmid plasmid pRS426 containing the wild-type NUOB10 gene with a C-terminal FLAG tag and APHVII selection marker. It is paromomycin and hygromycin B resistant.

This strain should be maintained in low-medium light conditions (max. 50 Âµmol.m-2.s-1) and media should contain arginine.
