Genotype: mt-; arg7-8; nuo5::APHVII; NUO5; ARG7

This is the amc9 strain complemented with the wild-type Cre10.g450400 gene. It was created by mutagenesis of amc9 with cosmid 9A2 (Rochaix cosmid library) containing the full-length wild-type NUO5 (Cre10.g450400) and selected based on ARG7 marker in the cosmid. This strain is hygromycin resistant and an arginine prototroph.

It should be maintained in low-medium light conditions (max. 50 Âµmol.m-2.s-1).
