This is the amc11 strain complemented with the wild-type Cre16.g688900 gene.
This strain was created by mutagenesis of amc11 with truncated cosmid 1H10 (Rochaix cosmid library) containing the wild-type AMC11 (Cre16.g688900) gene and selected based on ARG7 marker in the cosmid. It is hygromycin B resistant and an arginine prototroph.
It should be maintained in low-medium light conditions (max. 50 µmol.m-2.s-1).
